DPLIANCE is a Data & AI consulting and development company based in Poitiers and Montreal. We can step in from scoping through to putting a solution into production and running it. Since 2019 we have also built our own software, notably Mirage Analytics, Complio and Cookilio. Our original compliance software equips more than 500 organisations, and ADEME entrusted us with industrialising a pre-screening agent developed during the Dis-ADEME challenge.

We advise on your artificial intelligence and data projects: what to build, how, and under which framework. We supply your DPO or your legal counsel with the technical input they need: architecture, model choice, hosting, security measures. Compliance stays entirely in their hands; our role is limited to the technical side. For full GDPR support, we can point you towards specialised partners.

It depends on the product. Mirage Analytics data is hosted in France at Scaleway, a French cloud operator and subsidiary of the Iliad group (Free), with no transfers outside the European Union. Cookilio and the consent it records are hosted at Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and the visitor's IP address is never stored in plain text. For custom projects, hosting is agreed with you during scoping. We can provide the full list of our subprocessors on request.

Mirage Analytics: the 30-day free trial gives you every feature, with no credit card and no commitment. Complio: run an audit for €89 excl. VAT and you get a snapshot of what your site actually loads; that document is usually enough to ground the discussion internally. Cookilio: book a call via our contact page and we will show you the banner in real conditions.

Yes. Mirage and Cookilio are installed with a single script tag, whatever the platform: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, PrestaShop, React/Vue/Angular sites or static sites. Mirage needs just one line of script; Cookilio's tag goes just before the closing </body> tag. Allow about five minutes in either case. Complio needs no installation at all: the audit browses your site from the outside, as a visitor would.

Mirage uses no third-party cookies, no fingerprinting and no persistent identifiers, and anonymises IP addresses at collection. It is designed for the CNIL consent exemption, with no special configuration: you can measure your audience without showing an analytics banner.

It depends on what you need. GA4 offers considerable functional depth and tight integration with the Google ecosystem. Mirage takes a different approach: a simpler interface, hosting in France, limited collection, and session replay, heatmaps, A/B testing and SEO brought together in the same tool. It is mainly aimed at organisations that value those criteria over the reach of Google's advertising ecosystem.

The essentials fit on a single screen designed to be understood without training: live visitors, page views, traffic sources (referrers, UTM campaigns, organic search, as well as ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI assistants) and conversions. You also get funnels, click and scroll heatmaps, session replay and a map of your audience. Data arrives in real time, without sampling, and bots are detected automatically.

Yes. The script automatically detects client-side route changes (pushState, replaceState, hashchange). No extra plugin or configuration is required: detection works from the first page load.

No. You paste a single line of script and it is up and running in about five minutes. We recommend keeping GA running in parallel for 2 to 4 weeks to compare. Our clients find more reliable data, without the predictions GA uses to fill in visitors who refuse consent. They also find less bot pollution, which GA filters poorly.

After a 30-day free trial, plans start from €19/month (excl. VAT) and scale with the number of visits measured, so a brochure site never pays high-traffic-platform prices. Plan details are shown in your customer area when you choose. The subscription has no commitment, and you can move up or down a plan at any time, for instance for the length of a campaign or an event.

Because a configuration can change after go-live: a marketing service added, a new extension, a Tag Manager change or a modified form. Complio lets you check, technically, what is actually observable from the site at a given moment.

Complio lists the observed cookies, third-party services, main external flows, forms and legal pages. It then prioritises those findings in a report meant to support human analysis. Complio does not replace a full organisational GDPR audit.

About 10 minutes. Complio launches an automated browser that visits your site like a real user: it clicks, scrolls and accepts cookies. It also records everything happening on the network side. At the end, you receive a structured PDF report with your compliance score.

The Complio report remains a technical assessment, without formal legal value. But it's a factual, timestamped document that shows what your site was doing at a specific date. It's mainly useful internally, to identify issues and prioritise fixes. It also helps document your compliance efforts to your management or DPO.

Yes. Each audit costs 89 € HT, regardless of volume. If you're a DPO with a client portfolio or an IT director with multiple sites, contact us for an adapted rate.

Cookilio starts from a simple principle: declining should mean declining. Your analytics and advertising services are declared in Cookilio rather than in your theme, and their scripts are only injected once the visitor has agreed. Every choice gets a receipt the visitor can look up, and the price stays flat whatever your traffic. Cookilio is aimed at organisations that want a CNIL-compliant, verifiable banner, without the advanced advertising features (such as the TCF) offered by some platforms.

You can verify it yourself: refuse cookies on your site, open your browser's DevTools (Network tab). You'll see that only essential scripts execute. No requests are made to Google, Meta or any other non-consented third party. The check is technical, not declarative.

Yes. When you add your site, Cookilio picks up its colours for the banner. You can then adjust eight colours, your logo, the wording of each step, the position (left or right) and the display delays, with a live preview. To go further, you can apply custom CSS to the banner alone, or let an assistant write the rule for you.

Everything in the Essentiel plan at €19/month (excl. VAT), plus an annual compliance audit of your site and a review by an outsourced DPO. It is designed for organisations that want an outside view of their compliance without appointing an in-house DPO. Both plans are taken out for 12 months and billed monthly.

Cookilio is a hosted service: the banner is loaded from our servers, so its improvements reach your site without you having to change your code. If you would like your compliance checked regularly, the Accompagné plan includes an annual audit of your site and a review by an outsourced DPO.

Step one: a scoping conversation to understand your business need, focused on the use case rather than a specification document. Step two: a feasibility note covering the architecture and the AI model (French, European or local). It also covers integration into your existing tools, the data involved and the GDPR constraints. Step three: iterative development with regular checkpoints. You keep the source code, and the AI runs on Mistral, another sovereign provider, or locally on your server, depending on your constraints.

Because not every problem calls for an AI solution. A project has little chance of succeeding when the expected outcome is not defined, when the necessary data does not exist, or when the potential gain does not justify the complexity. Scoping exists in part to identify those situations before development starts.

We handle the extraction of heterogeneous documents: care invoices, supplier invoices, expense claims, contracts. We also build intelligent mailbox management (sorting, classification, reply suggestions), AI agents with human validation, and document anonymisation or pseudonymisation. We design what sits upstream of your existing tools, without replacing what you already use.

The complete source code, documented and versioned on a Git repository. Admin access to the production infrastructure. On the AI side: Mistral (Le Chat Enterprise, La Plateforme, on-premise via vLLM), self-hosted Llama 3, dedicated NER models (spaCy, GLiNER) depending on the case. Orchestration: LangChain or LangGraph for multi-agent systems. On the application side: TypeScript (Angular, React, NestJS), Python for AI pipelines, PostgreSQL or MariaDB. We adapt to your existing stack when the project warrants it.

It depends on the product. Mirage Analytics has no commitment period: you can change plan or leave at any time. Cookilio is taken out for 12 months, billed monthly, on both the Essentiel and the Accompagné plans. Complio is billed per audit (89 € HT per audit). For custom AI solutions, we put together a quote based on scope, with no hidden subscription or automatic renewal.

Mirage Analytics: at the end of the 30-day free trial, you choose your plan from your customer area; billing can never start without you, since no credit card is requested at sign-up. Cookilio: monthly billing over the 12-month commitment. Complio: online payment when ordering the audit. Custom AI solutions: 50% on order, 50% on delivery, by bank transfer or card.

No, all our prices are excluding tax. French VAT of 20% applies for French customers. European companies with a valid intra-Community VAT number benefit from the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT on the invoice).
