Solutions in production, used every day.

Our case studies are real solutions, designed, shipped and operated by DPLIANCE — the proof is in the result, not the pitch. Four categories share one method: start from a concrete problem, build on real data, and stay on after production.

Public sector: the ADEME screening agent

Case study

Pre-screening aid applications to free up caseworkers

Dis-ADEME winnerTaken into productionSIRENE APIExplainable AI
The problem
ADEME receives many ineligible or incomplete aid applications. Each one takes up a caseworker's time before the review even begins.
Our answer
A screening agent pre-analyses each application. Eligibility is checked against the company's real data, such as the APE activity code retrieved through the SIRENE registry API. The file's completeness is verified, document by document. Every conclusion stays explainable and traceable: the caseworker knows why a file was flagged and can verify each step of the reasoning.
The result
Caseworkers receive pre-screened files; applicants check their eligibility before submitting. Tested on around a hundred cases and put online at ademe.dpliance.com, the prototype was named winner of the Dis-ADEME challenge. It is now being built into the agency's own systems.

Our products, our proof

Three products designed and operated by DPLIANCE, hosted in France, used in production by our customers. Each was born from a problem the market solved poorly, and each embodies the same choice: compliance by architecture, not by declaration.

Because we operate them ourselves, we know the real cost of every promise made to a customer.

Mirage Analytics

Measure 100% of a web audience, without cookies or a consent banner

The problem
Google Analytics needs to track visitors to work. The result: a consent banner, a share of the traffic that refuses and vanishes from the statistics. Marketing decisions then rest on a distorted picture of reality, and the figures often leave the European Union too.
Our answer
We built Mirage Analytics to break that dilemma: cookieless audience measurement, designed for the CNIL exemption. Compliance rests on the architecture, not on a checked box — consent not required, data kept in Europe, hosting in France.
The result
Its users, e-commerce, industrial and institutional websites, measure their entire traffic in real time. They remove the analytics banner and decide on 100% of visits, not just the third who clicked "accept". Mirage Analytics is designed, operated and used daily by DPLIANCE.
Mirage Analytics dashboard: cookieless audience measurement

Key points

  • Native session replay and heatmaps, included at no extra cost
  • Traffic sources, conversions and visitor journeys in real time
  • Up and running in under 10 minutes, one-click CSV and PDF exports
  • From €19/month (excl. VAT), based on traffic volume

Who it's for: e-commerce, industry, institutions — any website that wants complete, GDPR-compliant figures.

Cookilio

Collect CNIL-compliant consent — and be able to prove it

The problem
Most cookie banners are designed to extract a "yes". Dark patterns, scripts running before consent, proof stored with a third-party provider: the list goes on. These practices serve the publisher at the visitor's expense, and often at compliance's expense too.
Our answer
Cookilio takes the opposite stance: a banner without dark patterns, where a refusal genuinely blocks every non-essential script. You can verify it yourself, in your browser. Every consent is recorded server-side, timestamped, with the detail of each choice: your proof in the event of an inspection.
The result
Your visitors make a real choice, and your compliance rests on evidence rather than promises. The widget weighs 3 KB: the impact on your page speed is minimal.

Key points

  • Zero scripts executed before the visitor's explicit consent
  • Timestamped consent register, exportable for an inspection
  • A banner in your brand colours, with no page-blocking wall
  • €9/month (excl. VAT), flat price whatever your traffic

Who it's for: any website setting cookies that require consent — e-commerce, media, services.

Complio

Audit a website's GDPR compliance in ten minutes

The problem
A website GDPR audit usually takes weeks of consulting and thousands of euros. Meanwhile, undeclared cookies, active third-party trackers and data transfers outside the EU stay online. Your website is probably doing things you don't know about.
Our answer
Complio scans your website and documents everything in about ten minutes. The inventory covers cookies, trackers, data transfers and the mandatory notices on your forms. The semantic analysis runs on Mistral, a French AI model: sovereignty applies to our own tools too.
The result
A PDF report of over 20 pages delivers the compliance score and the recommendations, ranked by urgency. It is ready to hand to your DPO or leadership. You know where you stand today, not in a month, and you can re-audit after every fix.
Complio GDPR audit report: cookies, trackers and notices analysed

Key points

  • Cookies, trackers, transfers outside the EU and forms analysed
  • Compliance score and recommendations ranked by impact
  • A 20+ page PDF report, delivered in about ten minutes
  • €89 (excl. VAT) per audit — versus thousands with a consulting firm

Who it's for: website owners, DPOs, for their clients and their processors alike, and leadership teams that want the full picture before the regulator does.

A tool to build, compliant by design? Let's talk

Focused assignments

Some assignments stay targeted engagements, separate from our products. Our data expertise is then applied to a client's website, with the same requirement of measurable results.

Automotive retail

Data analysis & conversion rate optimisation

For a national automotive retail network, we analysed the website's data and carried out CRO work, conversion rate optimisation. The approach: understand where visitors drop off, form hypotheses from data rather than intuition, and test each improvement.

A principle guides this work: only an improvement visible in the data truly counts. The goal is simple: to turn more visits into leads.

E-commerce

Web performance

For an e-commerce website, we worked on what actually weighs things down: page weight and whatever blocks rendering.

Faster pages change two things: the visitors' experience, who stay instead of abandoning, and search rankings, where speed counts.

Numbers to improve on your website? Let's discuss it

Where it all started

Before the agency, there is the software. Since 2019, our GDPR compliance software has equipped more than 500 organisations, in mainland France and its overseas territories alike.

Five years in daily contact with companies and local authorities handling sensitive data shaped the way we build. We design to last, compliant by architecture, and we operate what we build.

A project almost always touches personal data. With us, you talk to a team that already knows the subject: we have been building the tools for it since 2019.

Let's talk about your project.

In practice: an engineer takes your call directly for a thirty-minute video conversation, with no sales pitch and no commitment on your part. You describe your need. You leave with a reasoned opinion: what is achievable, on what timeline, and what your teams gain from it in practice.
