How is this different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?
ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are off-the-shelf tools, calibrated for generic use. Our AI solutions are designed for your specific case (your codes, your taxonomies, your flows), integrated into your existing tools, and run in France or on your server. Use them when generic is not enough or when your data is sensitive.
Do you replace my existing ERP / CRM / business tool?
No. Our AI sits upstream of your current software. Users keep working in their usual tool — they simply receive pre-filled data, already triaged emails, already produced summaries. Transition cost is minimal.
How long to put a custom solution into production?
For an operational POC: 4 to 8 weeks (scoping, prototype, first tests). For full production with integration into the existing IS: 3 to 6 months depending on complexity.
How much does a custom AI solution cost?

Do you offer GDPR consulting or DPO support?
No. DPLIANCE is a software publisher — not a consulting firm. Our AI solutions are designed to facilitate your compliance (sovereign architecture, traceability, documentation), but we do not provide legal counsel or DPO services. For these human-driven engagements, we refer to specialised DPO partners.
Which sectors do you serve?
All sectors where heterogeneous flows are not covered by standard tools: insurance and mutual funds, accounting firms, construction, real estate, energy, public sector, healthcare (HDS-grade hosting), industry. The criterion is not the sector but the use case.
