Data Collected
We only collect data that is strictly necessary:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry.
- Browsing: no personal data is collected. Mirage Analytics, our audience measurement tool, operates without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting identifiable personal data.
This website does not set any cookies. No third-party trackers are active.

- Responding to contact and demonstration requests
- Managing the commercial relationship
- Improving the website based on anonymised and aggregated browsing data
Legal Basis
The processing of contact form data is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form). Audience measurement is based on the legitimate interest of DPLIANCE and benefits from the CNIL consent exemption for strictly necessary audience measurement tools.
Data Retention Period
- Contact data: 3 years from the last exchange
- Browsing data: no personal data is retained (anonymised and aggregated data only)
Hosting and Transfers
This website is hosted by OVH (OVHcloud, Roubaix, France). Contact form data is transmitted via Brevo (Sendinblue, Paris, France) by email.
Our solutions (Mirage Analytics, Complio, Cookilio) are hosted by Scaleway (Paris, France). No data transfers are made outside the European Union.
Sub-processors
We exclusively use sub-processors established in the European Union:
- OVH (Roubaix, France) — website hosting
- Scaleway (Paris, France) — SaaS solutions hosting
- Brevo (Paris, France) — transactional email delivery
- Mollie (Amsterdam, Netherlands) — payment processing
Contact form spam protection is provided by ALTCHA, an open-source solution self-hosted on our own servers. No data is transmitted to any third party.
No US-based sub-processors are used.
Use of IP Address
Your IP address is used exclusively for security purposes, to protect our contact form from abuse and spam. It is only used to apply rate limiting (limiting the number of requests per minute).
The IP address is neither recorded, nor stored on disk, nor transmitted to any third party. It is held only in volatile memory for the duration of the rate-limiting session (60 seconds maximum), then automatically deleted. No cross-referencing with other data is performed.
